One Ton

This piece was created as a collaboration with the Big Life Foundation in Africa. I was offered this opportunity by my aunt, who is on the board for Big Life, and my immediate response was a “hell yes!”. My aunt travels to Africa quite frequently and she is also the one who captured this amazing photo (the original looked quite different before I added my editing touches, it was much lighter). I spent about 700 hours over the course of a year on this piece.
